Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Our customers deserve the best quality kites at the best price with excellent service.
Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
Customers are to check the products before leaving the store.
If any item is found damaged due to original manufacturing or due to shipment, as determined by Passionkites, we will exchange that item for the same item, or with any available items of same equivalent price within 7 working days.
This warranty extends only to defects due to original manufacturing fault in material and workmanship
This warranty is null and void if:
- Damage is caused by misuse, improper handling, weather circumstances.
- Wear and tear caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
- Decolourisation caused by weather.
- Accidents or intentional alterations to the product.
Question: I saw a kite I want to buy, how do I order online?
Answer: Please register an account and add the item to cart. Our personnel will process the order within 24 hours. As Passionkites carries limited stocks for each design, please wait for our personnel to check before payment. Alternatively, before ordering online please SMS to 9181 4105 to confirm availability.
Question: How to I make Payment?
Answer: We accept payment by FAST Transfer, or Credit card payment via Paypal.
Question: Are your kites durable? What if I received the kites with broken, damage or missing parts?
Answer: Yes, all kites are made of strong Ripstop Nylon / Polyester or Top Quality Parachute Material.
We do check our kites thoroughly before delivering it to you, should your new kites rip or break, please contact us immediately.
Question: Can you ship the Kite through singpost?
Answer: Depends. We are unable to post kites that are more than 1m long. We are able to post some kites and accessories which are shorter than 1m in length.
Question: Those kites are so big. Are they foldable?
Answer: Yes. Our kites are foldable, and comes with a kite bag (Nylon or Plastic).
This makes our kites more portable.
Question: Do you entertain request for Custom design of kites?
Answer: Yes. We do entertain custom design for kites. Prices will depend on the quantity & design. Send us your design by email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Question: Do you provide Free Meet-Up Service?
Answer: No, please self collect the kites at our warehouse or retail (arrangement need to pre-made).
Question: I saw a kite that I like. Can I not order online, instead I will visit the warehouse to cash and carry?
Answer: No, we do not offer cash & carry in our warehouse. Only self collection at warehouse when order has been confirmed ( with a confirmation message).
Question: I saw that Passion has a retail store, can I go down to retail store to cash and carry?
Answer: At the moment, we do not have kites displayed at the retail store. You will have to view the kites at our official www.passionkites.com , if you see a kite that you are keen on, you may SMS us to confirm its availability and head down to our retail store to make cash payment, afterwhich self collect at our warehouse. Retail and warehouse are a min walk apart.
Q) What if I do not get my goods after I make my bank transfer?
Answer: Rest assure as Bank transfers do leave records. You reserve the rights to file a police report if we have deceived you.
We would like to remind customers though, for items mailed via normal mail, there is no insurance coverage or tracking services. Hence, We will not be liable nor responsible for any lost mail for items mailed by normal mail. Before we dispatch the item, we will ensure that item is in tip top condition.

Q: What is the difference between normal postage and registered postage?
Answer: Normal postage does not come with a tracking number. Shipment by normal postage cannot be tracked down in the event it is lost in transit. For registered postage, your parcel will come with a tracking number which will be given at your request. You can then check your registered parcel's status at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp.
