3th: For orders below $30, Doorstep Delivery by Courier Service @ $8
4th: For orders above $30, Doorstep Delivery by Courier Service @ $5
5th: For orders above $75, Free Doorstep Delivery by Courier Service
(Note: Bundle package, Clearance items and Bulk Purchase don't have free delivery if above $75 purchase.
You need to topup extra $8 for delivery charges)

Passionkites Returns / Warranty Policy

Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Customers deserve the best quality kites at the best price with excellent service.
Items sold are non-refundable.  

Warranty extent:
If any item is found damaged due original manufacturing or due to shipment, as determine by Passionkites, we will exchange that item for the same item, or with any available items of same equivalent price.
This warranty is only extend to defeats due to original manufacturing fault in material and workmanship.

For claiming of warranty, it will only be a one time claim, customer is encouraged to check the goods on the spot. 

This warranty is null and void if:
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling.
Wear and tear or caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
Decolourisation caused by weather.
Accidents or alterations to the product.

Warranty procedure:
All exchange for damaged items must be made within 24 hours after your purchase.
1) SMS your request to 91814105.
2) Send defect items to Lion Building B, #06-03A, 12 Arumugam Road, S(409958) for exchange
3) Kindly return the item in original packaging.

Question: Are your kites durable?
What if i receive the kites with broken, damage or missing parts?

Answer: Yes, all kites are made of strong Ripstop Nylon / Polyester or Top Quality Parachute Material.
We do check our kites thoroughly before delivering it to you, should your new kites rip or break, please feel free to contact us immediately and we will Repair / Exchange it for you! The Best warranty solution for you.

Question: Can you post the Kite thru singpost?
Answer: Depends. Kites that are more than 1metre long are not able to post.
Some kites and kite's accessories which are shorter than 1metre are able to post.

Question: Those kites are so Big, Are they foldable?
Answer: Yes. Our kites are fold-able, and comes with a kite bag(Nylon or Plastic).
Easy for transport.

Question: Do you all do Custom design for kites?
Answer: Yes. We do customs design for kites. Depends on your quantity. Send us your design by email (Shop@passionkites.com)

Question: Do you provide Free Meet-Up Service?
Answer: No. Self collect at Office at Lion Building B #06-03A (Cash & Carry)

Q) What if I do not get my goods after I make my bank transfer?

Bank transfers have records.
You can always make a police report if we pull a scam on you.
We would like to remind customers though, for items mailed via normal mail, there is no insurance coverage.
If the mail get lost, we do not compensate. Before we dispatch the item, we will ensure that item is of good tip top condition.

Q: What is the difference between normal postage and registered postage?

A: Normal postage do not come with a tracking number. You do not know the location of your envelope and it cannot be tracked down if envelope is lost in transient. For registered postage, your envelope will come with a tracking number which will be given at your request. You can then check your envelope's status at http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp.
